Good afternoon folks! My name is CJ and boy and I excited to meet you. Let me tell you a little about myself and what I am looking for in a new family. First of all, until June I had been just hanging out on the streets with some other canine friends I had made over the years. That was fun and all but sometimes it was tough when the weather got too hot or it was time to eat. There just wasn't always a place to get cool or find a nice meal. That was until one day when this nice woman brought me to her "home". Well if this didn't make my lovable lab tail wag nothing else would. She gave me a bed to sleep in, meals on a regular basis, and a nice place to hang out when it got hot where this nice cool air comes out!! She also took me to the veterinarian and got me some shots and tests to make sure I was healthy. They did find some worms in my heart but I got some medicine on August 18 and will be all better in a few weeks! Now I am the happiest dog ever. I will sit when my foster mom asks me to (don't tell her but it’s usually because she gives me a yummy treat and gets really happy when I do! I'll do anything to make her happy!) I am very gracious for the new house I live in so I make sure when I have to go potty I go outside because I don't want to mess up the house. I sometimes tell my foster mom how grateful I am by licking her toes :) Now I am all ready to go and find my forever home. My foster mom loves me but she says she has to help some of my friends get off the streets to so I am all for it!
