Carlos is a typical chihuahua- prancing around like he owns the town. He was rescued by SNIPSA from an area shelter. He is very loving and outgoing. Still being a puppy, he will pick up toys or what he can find lying around and carry it. He crates well at night. Carlos gets very excited when he sees the leash to go on walks. He is great with children- he will even lay in a large dog crate and let a one year old crawl around and bunk up with him. He loves to go on walks with the big dogs- makes him feel like he is somebody. He also thinks the car is tops.
