Coop is a 10 month old male neutered Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. Ridgebacks are loyal, obedient, and intelligent dogs. They are straight-forward with their family and require an owner that can incorporate their need for exercise. They make excellent jogging partners or hiking buddies. Coop would do best in a home with someone that understands his breed and where he is not left by himself for hours on end. Coop is great with children and other dogs. He loves a good game of play and will romp around for hours. He acclimates well in new surroundings and will settle down nicely to take a snooze. If given the chance, he likes to curl up on his favorite chair. Ridgebacks are low shedders and are easy to care for. Coop is not a barker and behaves well both inside and outside of the house. An added bonus is that he is housebroken and crate-trained. He is learning about cats and though inquisitive appears to be compatible. Coop is a dog that enjoys being a part of daily activities such as car rides and family outings.
