Katy

Katy is a 2 year old, female Red Heeler who weighs about 40 lbs. She is in foster care in San Antonio after being rescued from San Antonio's Animal Care Facility. She was owner surrendered there because of a divorce and a move. It is evident that she has been well cared for. Katy is a very sweet and smart girl who never meets a stranger. She is house trained. She is working on her crate training, and doing well. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with the ones in her foster home. She is also cat safe. She especially loves the water! Her favorite pastime is splashing in her plastic pool and also chasing the water hose and trying to bite the water. She is a very fun and active dog. She enjoys being indoors, but needs a family that will spend time with her outside to play with her and expend some of her youthful energy!
