Otis is a 2-year old male Pug weighing 21.8lbs. He is being fostered by SNIPSA in a home in San Antonio after he was rescued in very bad condition. Since being in fostercare for several months, Otis has rebounded beautifully! Otis is a very sweet and well-mannered dog. He has been neutered, he's current on vaccinations and he's microchipped ... and he is quickly becoming the picture of good health! His missing eye doesn't hold him back one bit!
