Rascal is another dog that has fallen victim to people not committing to the lifetime of their pet. He was turned in after a year of being adopted from ACS. Kids were tired of taking care of him and grew bored of Rascal. Despite his unforseen past, he is well trained and knows basic commands such as sit and down. As a bonus, Rascal walks well on a leash. Rascal does beautifully with dogs and kids. He is house and cratetrained. What more could you want?
