Hi my name is Tarlo. Everyone here at SNIPSA is wondering how I ended up in the pound and I really can't remember either. All I know is that I am a happy little dog and love life. I absolutely love to go for walks with my foster mom each day, because that is so much fun! I love to cuddle up next to my foster mom or in her lap. She has a couple of her own forever dogs that are pretty fun too! I am in great health and ready to find my forever home and get all settled in!
