Whitney

Whitney is a sweet mother of seven puppies found living under a house with another mom and her litter on the southwest side of town. The two moms has been dumped just prior to giving birth and the resident at the home did not have the means or the desire to care for them. When SNIPSA volunteers were block walking for an upcoming Big Fix event the gentleman gladly asked us to take them all if we could. A little while of crawling around under the house and through the trees and this little family was safe. Whitney is a fabulous mom and an even more fabulous dog. She is very gentle and loving of everyone she meets. She is still learning that we are her friends and on her side but she seems to be learning it very quickly. Whitney appears to be house trained and enjoys laying by the window to catch some rays or curled up on her comfy new bed. Whitney will make a wonderful companion for any family.
