And that service involved spaying/neutering, vaccinating, and micro-chipping 488 dogs and cats on Saturday. An incredible feat with an AMAZING group of volunteers, veterinarians, veterinary technicians, service groups, and just good people. Some of our “old faithfuls” even traveled from out of state – Oregon, Colorado, and Alabama to perform surgery and be a part of the action. Cleto Rodriguez Elementary School opened its doors, cleared its gymnasium, and lent us the use of a few modular classrooms which were filled to the brim with hundreds of dogs and cats. So this Thanksgiving – let’s give a big AMEN to all the devoted folks that make life better for our companion animals.

Until next time,

The SNIPSA Team!
