Molly (Tumbleweed)

Sometimes we all need a quick trip to the salon before we are looking our best. Molly certainly knows that feeling. Originally known as “Tumbleweed” in the SNIPSA program due to her matted and mangled appearance, Molly now lives a life of luxury that every rescue animal deserves.

Found after being thrown from a moving vehicle onto the streets of Bexar County, Molly was quickly brought into our program. Despite her troubled past, she greeted the SNIPSA staff with a wagging tail and lots of kisses. It was clear that she was destined for a better life.

Upon her arrival, one of SNIPSA’s very own beloved volunteers, Deanna, immediately fell in love. Once Molly was worked up and received her much-needed groom, it wasn’t long before Deanna claimed her as a new member of her family.

“Molly is such a sweet little girl,” said Deanna. “She loves every person she meets.”

Molly now spends her days running in her backyard making sure that no birds, rabbits or squirrels touch the ground. She also thoroughly enjoys being brushed, which Deanna does every single day. Molly also accompanies her new family on most adventures that they take.

“We have taken her camping with us and she did wonderful,” said Deanna. “She loves car rides and seeing new places.”

According to Molly’s new family, she is a fun little dog who does everything 100%. Whether it be playing or sleeping, she puts her whole heart into it.

So, as you can see, this little Tumbleweed blew right into her perfect home. Congratulations, Molly! We wish you and your new family many years of love and happiness!
